To be eligible for a return and refund, please follow the steps noted below:
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product being returned shall be in the original unopened packaging
- Returned products should be sent back to us in a sealed shipping box to the address below
- A copy of the packing slip must be enclosed in all returns
- To help us improve our products and services, please provide a reason for return
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Send your return to: The Alltech Store, 1609 1st. Ave, Mendota, Illinois 61342
- Shipping insurance and package tracking costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The original product shipping cost (if applicable) is not entitled to be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These reasons include any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Refunds may take several days to process through your original bank or credit card company.
Please check with your bank or credit card company for updates and timing of refunds.
